CSA Produce: Tomato, Jalapeno, Cilantro
Healthy, Quick, Vegetarian
3 tomatoes, diced
1 white onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves
2 jalapenos, chopped (seeded if you want your salsa milder)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
juice of 1 fresh lime
salt and pepper to taste
Combine ingredients and mix.
